Can't use & in task titles

Using a & character in task title breaks the display in the Task list. The title will flicker to the last one the mouse was over as you run the mouse over it, and will never display the actual title.

Fixed with a new quote_markup() routine used prior to setting the markup property of cellrenderertext objects. Commit f8aea005233480292f0cc8cac2490262f71ef50b.
