Blank contexts can't be deleted

After deleting contexts, the UI updates correctly, but on a subsequent application start, those contexts appear with no title in both the filters column and the contexts table, and they are selected on some tasks. This suggests that the context objects were removed from the gtd tree but the references were left in the tasks (and therefor the XML files), so on a reload the placeholder contexts are created, but never named from the actual contexts.

This has been addressed in git commit 4311f6e94f690c0d8a3efaf39f015f1ddb181f19. Waiting to see if the github->lighthouse interface works...
